Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Decatur, IL is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our therapy team. You will implement ABA-driven programs and provide 1:1 therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.

The ideal candidate has two or more years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and scheduling flexibility. Preference given to RBT certification and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Registered Behavioral Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other targets.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

Salary Range

USD $16.00 - $19.00 / Hour
