Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based interventions for youths with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will work 1:1 under the supervision of a BCBA and report on progress to the supervisor.

Must hold a CBT certificate, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation/insurance.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certificate required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation/insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community environments.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard information.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times

Salary Range

USD $21.00 - $25.00 / Hour
