Job summary

Magical Moments ABA in Covington, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon, part-time hours. You will work one-on-one and in small groups, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

This role offers a flexible schedule, ongoing clinical training, and a chance to contribute to families and communities while gaining hands-on experience in behavior analysis. Applicants must have RBT certification; 6+ months ABA experience preferred; strong communication, time

• Knowledge of general ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and small group settings under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines and regulations.
• Record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing/payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and patient privacy policies (HIPAA).
• Communicate progress and findings to clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findingsli>
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
