Magical Moments ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time hours in Snellville, GA. The role involves direct client care in one-on-one and small group settings under BCBA guidance, data collection with Central Reach, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized ABA programs.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, has 6+ months of ABA exposure or willingness to learn, and demonstrates strong communication, time

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• At least 18+ years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings following the treatment plan created by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations.
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensure patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
