Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Columbus, OH seeks caring professionals to provide in-home ABA services to children and teens with autism. The role offers part-time or full-time hours, with sessions scheduled after school and occasional sessions at local centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed and at least one semester of college coursework.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Completion of mandatory training including New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps; pass exam to become an RBT.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Patience and energy for energetic kiddos.

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours) & Full-Time
• Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $21-$26/hr
• We'll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - earn an additional $1.00 an hour upon completion.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Successful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. You will also need to pass an exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
