As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will support and implement individualized plans based on clients' targets and goals, focusing on decreasing unsafe behaviors and increasing communication and social skills, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Responsibilities include observing client skills, collecting data, and working with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities in our center-based program to promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
Education and Experience Required: The candidate must have at least a high school diploma, previous experience working with children, and a current registered behavior technician credential in good standing. A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science is preferred; experience with children with Autism or developmental disabilities, or ABA experience, is a plus. Must be available until 6 P.M. in the afternoons.
Pay starts at $21 for direct care, increasing with experience and certification, up to $26. Indirect care pay ranges from $15 to $18 based on experience and certification.
