Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy seeks an RBT for afternoon hours to deliver ABA interventions in home-based settings. This role is available as part-time and full-time positions, with hourly pay ranging from $20 to $28.

The ideal candidate will hold RBT certification, have experience with autism, and demonstrate strong communication with families and team members. In-person work with supportive supervision is provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrated passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare findings for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of the program.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

This role is only for afternoon hours
