Succeed ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to support in-home ABA therapy for children with Autism. Pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour, with part-time and full-time positions available and weekly pay.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, collaboration with supervisors, and a strong focus on patient progress and family involvement.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.

Responsibilities

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

This role is only for afternoon hours
