Easterseals Florida, Inc. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA-based services to children with clinical needs. You will implement learning programs, collect data, and support behavior intervention plans in a hands-on clinical setting.

Join a team focused on group activities, baseline observations, and school readiness tutoring while maintaining HIPAA compliance and collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff to help children reach their developmental goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS in psychology, social work, special education, or related field preferred.
• Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work effectively with young children.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Medicaid Provider Number.

Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week - Monday through Friday only (no nights or weekends)

As a RBT, you'll provide individualized services to children with a medical necessity for treatment using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll implement learning programs, collect behavioral data, and support behavior intervention plans. When not working one-on-one, you'll execute group therapy, assist with baseline observations, and provide school readiness tutoring.
