Job summary

Hope Center for Behavior Change, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Winter Springs, FL.

You will implement behavior support plans and help clients acquire skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Responsibilities include delivering sessions, collecting data, collaborating with supervisors, and maintaining ethics and ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB.
• Current CPR certification (renewable every two years).
• Ability to maintain and update personal liability insurance annually.
• Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and time management.
• A passion for ethical ABA therapy and helping individuals achieve meaningful change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions with clients in alignment with treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under BCBA supervision, providing one-on-one therapy to clients in need of ABA therapy services.
