Hope Center for Behavior Change is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Winter Springs, FL. You will implement behavior support plans and assist clients with skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions with clients in alignment with treatment plans.

• Support clients in learning essential life skills and reducing challenging behaviours.
• Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards as outlined by the BACB and our company policies.
• Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews, CPR certification, and in-service training.
• Upload updated credentials (e.g., RBT certification, liability insurance) to the Medicaid portal as required.
