Job summary

Alabama Autism Assistance Program is seeking a patient and energetic Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will facilitate one-on-one and small group therapies for individuals with autism and neuro-developmental needs, and you will collect data to track progress.

Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other service providers, you will help create effective, individualized treatment plans and support clients in achieving their developmental goals in a compassionate

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred.
• CPR certified.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.
