MHMR of Tarrant County seeks a dedicated assistant to support ABA intervention plans structured by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will implement interventions to foster socially appropriate replacement behaviors in children and youth, aiding communication, social interaction, problem solving, and daily functioning.
You will work under the close supervision of a BCBA and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care in Fort Worth, Texas.
Supports and implements a patient care plan created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Provides ABA interventions that encourage socially acceptable replacement behaviors so children and youth can build and improve their communication, social interaction skills, problem solving skills, coping skills, and functioning within relationships, daily routines, and activities. Delivers services and practices under the direction and close supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
Preferences: Bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis
Years’ Experience: One (1) year
License/Certifications: Have completed the RBT 40-hour training program and Complete and pass RBT competency Assessment
