Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County seeks a dedicated ABA support professional to implement patient care plans created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will deliver ABA interventions to help children develop communication, social interaction, and coping skills while working under BCBA supervision within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preferrred Bachelor's in Applied Behavior Analysis, and at least one year of related experience.

For over 50 years, MHMR has provided community-based services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. Supports and implements a patient care plan created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Provides ABA interventions that encourage socially acceptable replacement behaviors so children and youth can build and improve their communication, social interaction skills, problem solving skills, coping skills, and functioning within relationships, daily routines, and activities. Delivers services and practices under the direction and close supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum Education:High School Diploma/GED

Years’ Experience:One (1) year

License/Certifications:Have completed the RBT 40-hour training program and Complete and pass RBT competency Assessment
