Job summary

ABC Pathways, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Chicago. You will implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA and collect data during therapy sessions, while reinforcing positive behaviors and maintaining confidentiality.

The schedule is Monday–Friday after school hours, with a typical part-time caseload (about 20 hours per week) and potential to grow to full-time as opportunities arise. Training and certification support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to grow to full-time (40 hours weekly) as opportunities arise. This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence.
