The Insightful Collective is seeking a fully licensed California therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/Psychologist) to join a values‑driven practice. The role focuses on children, teens, and communities of color within a trauma‑informed framework.

This W‑2 position offers tax support and admin coverage, an annual education stipend, and a collaborative team culture. Expect flexible caseloads and ongoing peer consultation to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of 8 sessions per week.
• Experience or interest in working with children, teens, and diverse communities.
• Organized and timely with documentation.
• Committed to culturally attuned care and harm reduction.

Responsabilités

• Provide trauma‑informed therapy to children and adolescents.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, values‑driven team.

We’re seeking therapists passionate about working with children, teens, and communities of color. This W-2 role offers a stable foundation, flexible caseload, and room to grow within a collaborative team.

What You’ll Receive:

• $80 to $110 per session based on caseload
• W-2 employee status with tax support and admin coverage
• $1,000 annual education stipend

Who We’re Looking For:
