New U Therapy Center & Family Services, a multidisciplinary mental health practice with locations in Valencia, Torrance, and Westlake Village, is seeking an Associate Therapist. You will provide psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, and couples within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

The role offers flexible hybrid scheduling, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth while delivering meaningful care to diverse clients in the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• ACSW, AMFT, APCC credentialing or eligibility.
• Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
• Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.

Responsabilités

• Typically manage ~30 patient sessions per week with a minimum caseload of 25 per week.
• Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
• Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
• Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.

We are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate, and integrative care to our communities and are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, collaborative, and experienced Associate Therapist to join our growing team, with a focus on providing meaningful psychotherapy services while working alongside a diverse and supportive multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do:

• You will typically be assigned 30 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 patient sessions per week
• Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
• Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
• Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• ACSW, AMFT, APCC

Rates:

Up to $40-$44 per clinical hour

Work Set-up:

Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
