Huitt-Zollars Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Registered Architect Project Manager to lead design across project phases, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with codes and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have institutional project experience and a strong command of REVIT and Adobe Suite. This full-time role requires a Licensed Architect with 5–10 years of experience, and offers opportunities to coordinate design teams and drive project success in a collaborative office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
Registered Licensed Architect in NM or reciprocity.
5–10 years of professional experience as an Architect.
Proficient in REVIT and Adobe Suite; working knowledge of SketchUp, IBC, IEBC, and ADA.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design for the office and collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to produce design documents.
Plan, direct, and monitor all project aspects with high technical complexity.
Supervise project team work with the PM and project designer.
Ensure development meets schedule, budget, codes, and quality requirements.
Assist with proposals and client presentations for new projects.
Collaborate to solve problems with creative design solutions.
