Job description

We are seeking a Registered Architect with expertise in Civic/Municipal markets for Studio Lead role for a full service architecture firm in their Dallas office.
The Studio Leader will partner with Principals in business development, to bring in work for the Dallas office in the Civic/Municipal project markets, act as Studio Lead for market sector, develop and manage client relationships, and manage project teams.

Responsibilities:
Lead and Assist in client development efforts in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.
Lead and grow successful partnering relationships with clients and consultants resulting in industry leading strategies and project solutions.
Network with industry counterparts to facilitate teaming and partnership opportunities.
Participate and hold leadership positions in client facing organizations.
Promote a positive team environment by actively listening to client feedback and providing coaching, mentoring and support to project team. Promote strong relationships at all levels.
Manage projects through all phases, mentoring staff, assuring client satisfaction, managing budgets, and quality control to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:
Degree in Architecture from an accredited university
License in Architecture Required
10+ years of professional architecture experience
Significant project experience in Civic/municipal projects
5+ years in leadership/management positions
Proven track record of developing strong client relationships and growing client accounts.
Outstanding presentation, communication and team building skills are required.
