Architecture and Engineering Recruiter at Green Key Resources

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our team and lead impactful public and municipal projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a licensed architect with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a passion for community-focused work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and documentation of public-facing projects such as civic centers, libraries, community buildings, transportation facilities, and municipal offices
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout all project phases
• Prepare and oversee the production of design and construction documents
• Ensure projects meet applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Conduct site visits and construction administration as needed

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• 7+ years of experience, experience working on public/municipal or institutional projects is preferred not required.
• Licensed architect (preferred or in progress)
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
