Job summary

• Participates in and attends all in-service training and education sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse RN Skilled Nursing 3pm-11pm:

• Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided. Interacts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as follows in the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Participates in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions as scheduled.
