Heartlinks ABA IN is seeking a part-time RBT in Indiana to provide in-home and community ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement customized ABA programs and track progress to help children meet their goals.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. This role offers after-school hours (15–20 hrs/week) with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Reliability in transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.

In school for ABA?

Schedule:
