Solterra School is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work directly with students and collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, OTs, and SLPs to support growth and independence. You will provide one-on-one and small-group services, implement behavior and skill-building plans, and help students develop communication and social abilities.
You will collect progress data, reinforce positive strategies, and participate in ongoing training within a collaborative clinical and educational team.

We’re looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about working with students and wants to be part of a collaborative, growing team.
Building hours are 7:30am-7:30pm. School hours are 8:00am-2:30pm. After-Care operates from 2:30pm-7:00pm. Hours/Scheduling may vary based on needs.
The pay for this position is $22 - $25 per hour, set in good faith based on the responsibilities of the role, qualifications, and market conditions.
