Job summary

ARC seeks Program Leaders to support youth programs across the region. You’ll jump into new environments, create engaging activities, manage behaviors, and help keep youth safe while building strong relationships with students and teams.

Expect to work with different age groups and teams at multiple sites, five days a week with prep time. This role offers $23 per hour and the chance to gain experience that prepares you for future leadership opportunities.
