Wichita State University’s Kansas Kids @ GEAR UP program seeks a full-time regional coordinator to supervise staff and oversee services for foster care students across southeast Kansas. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social services or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in educational program management with diverse populations.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Must pass State of Kansas Child Abuse and Neglect background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned districts to provide college-going services.
• Monitor student progress, FAFSA completion, college enrollment.
• Develop and deliver workshops and tutoring resources.
• Supervise staff and coordinate partner services.
• Prepare reports and manage regional budget.
