Job summary

Dallaglio RugbyWorks is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead a team of coaches and youth mentors, delivering high‑quality programmes for young people at risk of exclusion. You will develop sessions, build strong school and community partnerships, and ensure smooth delivery across the region.

The role is hands-on, spending time directly with young people while maintaining regionally focused delivery and high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programmes or interventions for young people facing significant challenges.
• A qualification in Sports Coaching, Youth Work, Teaching or a related field.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• The ability to travel regularly across Merseyside and Stockport.
• Flexibility to work up to two evenings per week (until 7pm).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of sports coaches and youth mentors, helping plan sessions and develop practice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, alternative provisions and community partners.
• Ensure programmes are delivered to a consistently high standard and reach as many young people as possible.
• Spend time directly with young people, modelling good practice and creating safe, engaging environments.
