Job summary

England Rugby is looking for a Development Officer to join our Player Experience team on a 3-year fixed term contract. This role focuses on growing youth participation in rugby across the region, collaborating with schools, clubs, and communities.

The successful applicant will have experience in increasing participation in youth sports and the ability to manage projects effectively. Strong communication skills and a coaching qualification are preferred.

The position requires regular travel within the region and a commitment to our core values.
