Job summary

Limitlessli is seeking a clinically strong Regional Wound Care Nurse (RN) to support operations across Tennessee. The role as SME covers assessment, treatment planning, and education across multiple sites, with the ability to build your own schedule as a 1099 consultant.

Heavy travel is involved, and the incumbent will lead training, program development, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with wound care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Wound care certification preferred (WCC/CWCN/CWON).
• 3–5 years wound care experience, post-acute or long-term care.
• Knowledge of wound care products, treatments, and regulations.
• Experience in staff education, training, and program development.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional wound care SME with assessment, planning, and ongoing management.
• Perform advanced wound assessments and evidence-based recommendations.
• Support facilities in managing complex wounds and ulcers.
• Ensure compliance with wound care standards and protocols.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training for nursing staff.
• Develop education materials, competencies, and guidelines.
• Lead QA initiatives and root cause analyses in wound care.
• Standardize protocols and monitor outcomes across sites.
