Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, strategy consulting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and execute complex, multi-stakeholder programs across multiple states or jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop place-based workforce strategy tailored to three focus states.
• Identify opportunities, partnerships, and investment priorities for regional impact.
• Conduct ecosystem mapping and stakeholder engagement across the region.
• Serve as the central PMO contact for the region and coordinate cross-state activities.
• Travel for partner meetings, site visits, and regional convenings as needed.
• Support MEL framework development and reporting to inform pivots and scale-up.
