Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Regional Program Manager to lead on-site fitness programs for NJ client sites. You will direct operations, supervise staff, ensure program outcomes and client satisfaction while aligning with contract requirements.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, staff development and program design, delivering health and wellness initiatives across multiple locations with a focus on quality and results.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Exercise Science or related field; 5+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of on-site fitness programs for a midsized, single client.
• Develop and implement annual strategic business plans and budgets.
• Ensure contract compliance and high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate marketing and communications to maximize program engagement.
