Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Regional Water/Wastewater Practice Leader to drive development of water and wastewater projects in the Southeast. This hands-on role collaborates across Arcadis locations to deliver projects, client development, and regional growth.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years in water/wastewater treatment, a PE license, and a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Travel across the Southeast is expected to expand Arcadis’ portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of water / wastewater treatment experience.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License and ability to obtain license by reciprocity in other states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee QA/QC of water/wastewater projects and provide technical leadership.
• Lead knowledge transfer and staff development within the area of expertise.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and build Arcadis' capability.
• Coordinate large/complex projects and manage associated risk.
• Oversee technical delivery of very large projects in collaboration with a certified PM.
• Support marketing and proposals including scopes, budgets, and client interviews.
• Develop a strong regional professional reputation through industry involvement.
