Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to provide hands-on operations and maintenance for water treatment systems across various industries. You will work on technologies including filtration, RO, IX, and UF, performing troubleshooting, calibration, and customer training.

The role requires travel within the region, independent work, and collaboration with customers and project teams to ensure contract compliance and optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical know-how.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on wastewater equipment.
• Operate, monitor and optimize equipment performance.
• Create and maintain site documentation and provide customers with summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; manage injections.
• Perform analytical testing (e.g., turbidity, pH, chlorine) and calibration activities.
• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings and specs.
• Provide informal training to customers on operation and maintenance.
