Job summary

GHD is seeking a Regional Water Market Leader for the US East region to grow and lead the Water practice across major metro areas including Miami, Atlanta, and Washington DC.

You will work with National and Global experts to deliver strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence while mentoring staff and expanding the regional portfolio in water treatment, wastewater, and water resources planning.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license (PE)
• 15–20 years of relevant water industry experience
• Proven ability to lead and grow a regional water practice
• Strong business development and client management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and business planning for the Southeast Water practice
• Grow relationships with key clients and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Oversee delivery of major regional water projects and mentor staff
