Job summary

GHD in the United States is seeking a Regional Water Market Leader for the US East to grow and lead the water practice, focusing on water/wastewater planning, design, and advanced digital tools. This role is based in multiple locations across the Southeast.

You will build strong client relationships, manage a regional team, and collaborate with national and global subject matter experts to deliver major water projects and drive strategic growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in the water industry.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a Water Practice at a metro or regional level.
• Collaborative Delivery experience with major Design Builders and Design Build Institute of America registration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and budgeting for the Southeast Water practice and oversee regional teams.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the Southeast Water Market.
• Grow relationships with key clients and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Oversee major regional projects and provide senior review of reports and engineering studies.
• Mentor water team to strengthen technical capabilities and delivery excellence.
