Job summary

Wind River Environmental is seeking an experienced Regional Wastewater Technical & Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This role blends corporate and regional engineering duties with hands-on operations across Northeast facilities, including Taunton, MA, Beacon, NY, and Waymart, PA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent senior experience.
Experience in wastewater treatment, mechanical/process engineering, or industrial plant engineering.
Strong project management and capital planning capabilities.
Knowledge of environmental permits, regulatory reporting, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering and technical leadership for wastewater facilities, including process optimization and controls.
Identify and manage capital projects from scope to completion, including budgets and timelines.
Oversee Northeast plant operations across Taunton, MA; Beacon, NY; and Waymart, PA.
Mentor plant supervisors and operators to build technical capability and accountability.
