The role blends corporate engineering with hands-on plant leadership, overseeing P&L, budgets, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving process improvements and capital projects across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in wastewater treatment, mechanical/process engineering, or related field.
• Engineering degree preferred but not required with substantial experience.
• Experience with capital projects, budgeting, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and technical support for wastewater facilities.
• Lead capital projects from scope to closeout, including cost control.
• Oversee Northeast plant operations to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability.
• Develop and mentor plant supervisors and operators.
