Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a highly organized Assistant Disposal Operations Manager to lead regional disposal operations, align quoting, routing, QA/QC, and approval workflows, reporting to the Disposal Operations Manager.

You will collaborate with regional teams, build third‑party relationships, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high‑quality service across higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in operations management in waste disposal.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste regulations (RCRA, DOT 49 CFR) and waste streams.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive process optimization.
• BS in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field; 3+ yrs experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional disposal operations and optimize routing, quoting, and approvals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across disposal, transportation, sales, and service.
• Develop strategic relationships with third-party facilities and sales contacts.
• Review proposals and cost estimates within CPQ; support bid prep and cost analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery across regions.
