Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Assistant Disposal Operations Manager to oversee regional disposal services and optimize waste processes. Reporting to the Disposal Operations Manager, this role drives operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration across quoting, routing, QA/QC, and approvals.

The ideal candidate has leadership in operations management within waste disposal, with knowledge of hazardous waste regulations and experience in managing waste streams through licensed

Qualifications

Leadership experience in operations management within waste disposal.
Knowledge of hazardous waste regulations (RCRA, DOT 49 CFR).
Understanding of disposal processes: quoting, routing, approvals, QA/QC.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional disposal operations and optimize processes.
Collaborate with regional teams to align routing and disposal solutions.
Review proposals and cost breakdowns within CPQ.
Support bid preparation and disposal decision-making.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between disposal, transportation, sales, and service teams.
