This leader will set the operating standard for sites, ensuring inventory, shipping, and receiving align with customer service levels and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive distribution and warehousing leadership.
• Multi-site or regional warehouse management experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own regional warehouse and distribution performance, with a focus on service levels, cost control, and operational execution.
• Drive process improvements and standardize best practices across sites to improve accuracy, throughput, and efficiency
• Manage operations against SLAs, track performance metrics, and quickly correct gaps that affect customers.
• Maintain organized, accurate materials and load manifests, ensuring items to be returned are accounted for and restocked accurately
• Use strong business acumen to turn operational and financial data into clear priorities that reduce costs and support growth
• Build a results-oriented culture centered on safety, accuracy, on-time delivery, and accountability
