Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Warehouse Operations to lead warehouse performance across multiple locations within an assigned region. You will drive consistency, safety, and profitability while developing leaders and standardizing processes.

The role also serves as the Food Safety Champion, partnering with the PCQI to ensure all locations meet company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or operations leadership experience.
• Multi-site operations experience required.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience driving process improvement, standardization, and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for warehouse operations across multiple locations.
• Drive improvements in productivity, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, food safety, labor efficiency, and overall warehouse performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on cost savings, process improvements, and P&L performance.
• Develop and standardize warehouse procedures, workflows, and operating expectations across assigned locations.
• Monitor staffing levels and workforce needs to ensure locations are properly supported.
• Develop, mentor, and hold warehouse management teams accountable for performance.
