Job summary

Helping Hand for Relief and Development in Norcross, GA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead regional warehouse operations, ensure security and efficiency, and coordinate volunteers. You will manage inventory, coordinate in-kind donations, and ensure compliance with standards.

Strong organizational skills and commitment to safe operations are required. The role involves recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers, planning donation drives, and maintaining donor databases.

Qualifications

• Must be present to work onsite in warehouse.
• Adaptable and available on short notice, weekends, holidays, and late hours during emergencies.
• Associate’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Willing to perform other tasks as needed by supervisor or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional warehouse activity to meet IK targets.
• Oversee daily operations and be present weekends/holidays for volunteers.
• Lead volunteers; manage inventory and coordinate with IKD.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies and materials.
• Manage IK expenses related to inventory, rentals, and warehouse.
• Plan and run regular in-kind donation drives with regional teams.
