Job summary

PGW Auto Glass LLC is seeking a Territory Director to lead supply chain operations across multiple distribution centers in North America. You will drive warehouse performance, oversee receiving, storage, shipping, and safety programs, and align logistics with customer service goals.

Based in a home office with up to 70% travel, this role demands a strong background in warehouse leadership, excellence in team development, and collaboration across the supply chain to meet cost, safety, and quality

Qualifications

• BS Degree required and at least five (5) years in a regional distribution leadership role.
• Strong background in warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively within the organization and across the supply chain.
• Value diversity and exhibit a leadership style that builds a cohesive team.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develops Managers to ensure efficient, cost-effective warehouse operations.
• Oversees receiving, storing, shipping, returns, and administrative duties to meet customer requirements.
• Executes account planning strategies to grow existing business and pursue new opportunities.
• Achieves metrics for each warehouse facility and directs operations to meet objectives.
• Recruits, trains, and mentors a high-performing warehouse leadership team.
• Ensures space layout meets company standards and maintains safety programs.
