PGW Auto Glass is seeking a Territory Director to lead supply chain operations across multiple distribution centers in North America. The role reports to executive leadership and drives performance, cost control, and customer service within a defined region.

You will travel up to 70% from a home office, direct warehouse managers, optimize throughput, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance. This leadership position requires a strong background in warehousing, WMS/TMS, and strategic account

Qualifications

• BS degree required and at least five years in a regional distribution leadership role.
• Strong background in warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems.
• Excellent communication across the organization and supply chain partners.
• Diversity and cohesive team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all Managers to ensure cost-efficient warehouse operations.
• Oversee distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, returns, and admin duties.
• Develop and execute account planning strategies to grow existing and new business.
• Achieve metrics for each warehouse facility through leadership of managers.
• Recruit, hire, and train warehouse management team.
• Ensure safety, EH&S compliance, and security across sites.
• Maintain inventory control and accuracy.
• Participate in labor contract negotiations as requested.
