Mercer Advisors in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Regional Vice President to build client relationships and drive wealth-management solutions in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

You will engage with prospective clients via Zoom, phone, or in person, manage the sales pipeline from start to finish, and leverage cross‑functional resources to deliver tailored investment strategies. Base pay ranges from $119,000 to $140,000 annually with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
• Series 65 or Series 66 license or exemptions; CFP, ChFC, PFS, CFA or CIC may qualify.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing sales pipelines.
• Ability to build relationships with prospective clients and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated, growth-minded with strong organizational skills and drive.
