Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in financial services, regional or multi-office role preferred.
• Experience as a financial advisor or leading advisor teams.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing professionals.
• Strategic thinker who can translate vision into action.
• Strong understanding of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management practices.

Responsibilities
