Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services with leadership and management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and develop financial advisors.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel and lead a regional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold advisors accountable to regional KPIs and revenue goals.
• Manage sales processes, workflows, and performance tracking.
• Maintain a personal client base and support advisor client meetings.
• Deliver training on planning, products, and best practices.
• Drive lead conversion through workshops, events, and integrated marketing efforts.
• Partner with marketing to generate and convert new business opportunities.
