Responsibilities

• Own Group P&L and KPI performance via regional teams.
• Drive adoption of enterprise programs across the network.
• Contribute to growth strategies expanding client access.
• Oversee financial health and hospital sustainability.
• Lead capital planning, facility improvements, and marketing strategy.
• Model mission and Five Principles of Mars, Inc.
• Foster inclusive, psychologically safe culture.
• Partner with Medical Ops, People & Organization, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Facilities.
