Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Vice President, Team Leader - West to drive business performance, customer excellence, and organizational effectiveness across the Western region. This senior role partners with leadership, develops talent, and ensures alignment across teams to deliver profitable growth and operational excellence.

You will lead a 90+ associate team, foster collaboration, and own strategic plans, budgets, and client engagements, while traveling as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in consumer-packaged goods, retail, sales, brokerage, or related industries.
• Proven track record leading large, geographically dispersed teams and 90+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 90+ associates across the Western region and manage multiple leaders.
• Drive regional revenue, profit, growth, and customer performance objectives.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and principals across the region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to achieve business goals.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence and compliant execution.
