Vacatia is seeking a Regional Vice President of Resort Operations to lead a portfolio of managed resorts and drive performance across an assigned region. You will balance financial results, operational excellence, and guest experiences while developing Resort General Managers and shaping regional strategies.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, field presence, and collaboration with corporate teams to deliver sustainable results. Travel up to 60% within the region is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, resort operations, or a related field.
• Experience overseeing multiple resort properties or large-scale operations.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and senior leaders.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to Resort General Managers across multiple properties.
• Translate company objectives into actionable regional strategies and measurable performance goals.
• Ensure consistency in resort operations, service standards, and guest experiences.
• Evaluate performance and implement improvements to strengthen efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
