MRK Property Management LLC is hiring an Area Vice President of Property Management to lead a large regional portfolio across PA, DE, MD, and VA. The role drives strategic plans, revenue growth, and operating income while supervising Regional Managers and ensuring compliance with LIHTC and HUD programs.

The position emphasizes budgeting, capital planning, staff development, and high-level partner collaboration. Occasional travel and a focus on resident satisfaction round out the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 7 years within the property management industry
• At least 7 years of senior-level supervisory experience
• Experience with Public Housing, Project-based Voucher, Tax Credit, HUD, and Section 8 preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced financial acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to supervise across multiple properties and regions

Responsabilités

• Model and instill company mission and values across the portfolio
• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote revenue growth and operating income
• Oversee operating and capital budgets and major capital projects
• Monitor financial statements and drive performance improvements
• Oversee property audits, leasing, staffing, and project timelines
• Partner with Regional Management and HR to hire and develop staff
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Public Housing, and other program requirements
• Conduct periodic operational reviews and implement corrective actions
